How to use the PVFC Digital Environment.

Member Registration

New customers can join the PVFC network via the Registration page. After signing up, you will be assigned a unique Customer ID which is required for placing orders and updating your records.

Product Search & Cart

Navigate to Search to browse our inventory. You can filter by product category or keywords. Add items to your temporary shopping cart with your desired quantities before proceeding to checkout.

Customer Segmentation

The Segmentation Dashboard is a powerful tool for authorized staff to analyze buyer patterns. It automatically categorizes customers into Premium, Frequent, and Bulk Buyer segments based on live transaction data.

Inventory Management

The Catalog page allows admins to add new products or update existing pricing and descriptions. Changes made here reflect immediately across the entire platform.

Database Access

This lab environment is connected to a remote MSSQL database hosted on somee.com. Ensure you have an active internet connection for real-time data retrieval and updates.
